Bianca Belair and Bayley collide at WWE's Hell in a Cell pay-per-view later tonight for the SmackDown Women's Championship.
At last year's Hell in a Cell, Sasha Banks defeated Bayley to become the champion before later losing the title to Bianca Belair. WWE no longer allows former champions to have contractual rematches. However, if Banks were to make her return, she could push for a rematch against whoever comes out on top in tonight's Hell in a Cell match.

Bayley and Sasha Banks had quite the feud throughout 2020 that could be revisited. There is also unfinished business between Banks and Bianca Belair which WWE could use to allow Banks to return in the coming weeks.
With Money in the Bank on the horizon and the return of the WWE Universe, it's likely that Banks will make her return to WWE in the near future. She will presumably want to step back into the SmackDown Women's Championship picture.
