Roman Reigns has had memorable feuds with Braun Strowman in the past, and it was actually the program that put the Monster Among Men on the map. I wouldn't be surprised if Roman Reigns was to return to the company at a later date and claim that he is the real Universal Champion considering that he had a chance at Goldberg and not Braun Strowman.

There's also the chance that Bray Wyatt will become the Universal Champion at some point. We have seen Braun Strowman vs. Bray Wyatt, but we are yet to see the man tussle with The Fiend, and there's always the chance that Roman Reigns could return when The Fiend has the title in his grasp.

Roman Reigns is a person who wins a lot more matches than he loses. Even if it takes multiple spears, there's always the chance that he could be the man who takes The Fiend down for good.
