#1 Bring more female Superstars in the mix
Earlier, it looked like the 24/7 Championship would be exclusive to the male Superstars, but when Kelly Kelly won the title from Gerald Brisco on the RAW Reunion episode, WWE clarified that even the female Superstars can hunt for this title.

However, since the RAW Reunion episode, only Carmella and Tamina have won the 24/7 Championship. This shows that the company is slightly hesitant in introducing female Superstars into the mix. Given the monotonousness of the current title picture, it would be a welcome move if the company has more female Superstars go after the title.
Just like the male Superstars, under-utilized female stars like Liv Morgan, Sarah Logan, Lana can add more value to their characters by pursuing the title. Imagine Rusev capturing the 24/7 Championship on a RAW episode just for Lana to steal the title from him in a witty way. This segment could gain a lot of attention from the fans besides, it will even invite the other female Superstars to join the fray.
If this move proves to be a success, WWE will have a lot many options in their hand while booking the 24/7 title segments.
