#2 Defend the titles more
It's no secret that WWE has a lot of titles for Superstars to compete for and even more, once you get down to NXT, but would it kill them to defend The Women's Tag Team Titles? It doesn't even have to be at a pay per view, it could just be on a random episode of Raw, SmackDown or NXT and it would be at least something.
The problem is that the titles have been put on the back burner and the company doesn't seem to be in any hurry to change that. They do deserve credit for holding a Women's Tag Team match on SmackDown between, Alexa Bliss, Nikki Cross, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville, but that's still not a title match.

If nothing else, the Women's Tag Team division is in need of one thing and that's momentum. Fortunately for the company, an easy way to gain that much needed momentum is to start defending the titles on a regular basis. WWE would even benefit from defending them on each show, which would give each show an anything can happen feel.
