#1 Put together dynamic duos
There's one thing that the tag team division needs right now and that's dynamic duos that the fans want to see. Unfortunately for the WWE universe, the company is putting together teams that seem to have little to no history and it's making it hard to care about the division at all.
In all honesty, the only teams that seem to have any chemistry together are Fire and Desire and Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross. Maybe that list could extend to Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch, but that seemed to be a partnership out of necessity and isn't going to be a thing going forward.

In the end, it's going to take a lot more interesting pairings in order to create a memorable women's tag team division. That's not going to happen with pairings like Fire and Desire, Bayley and Sasha Banks or even The Kabuki Warriors. That's why WWE needs to do a complete reboot of the division and try to create some teams that fans will care about.
