#4 Manager
Countless wrestlers have transitioned to managerial positions once their career in the ring came to an end, and if Sting is interested in taking a bigger role in the development of the next generation, he would be a perfect addition to that list.
Zeb Colter, Bobby Heenan, Paul Ellering and JJ Dillon all got their start as wrestlers, but most people know them for their work at ringside supporting their clients than anything else. Superstars naturally make good managers because they know the business inside and out.
Sting could guide a struggling Superstars or tag team to new heights by passing on his decades of knowledge and lending them some of his popularity with the fans. People will cheer for The Stinger regardless of who he is with, so eventually, it will carry over to his client.
Sting is great on the mic and brings a different kind of energy to his promos than most managers can, so he would offer something different than the stuffed shirts who talk a big game without the ability to back it up.
