5 Ways WWE can use Sting outside the ring

Raw, SmackDown and NXT each have their own General Manager, but nobody lasts forever in that position. William Regal doesn’t look like he is going anywhere, but Daniel Bryan and Kurt Angle could be transitioned to different roles.

Bryan is spending time at home raising his newborn daughter, and Angle has stated numerous times he is looking to get back in the ring at least once before he retires for good. If one of them vacates their position as GM, Sting could step up to fill their shoes.

He has flirted with the role of an authority figure in the past, but his main job has always been that of a wrestler. Since he can’t compete anymore, putting him in a position of power would be the next best thing.

Like Angle and Bryan, The Stinger would bring legitimacy to the role because the WWE Universe respects him so much. Considering he was a WCW man for most of his career, it would be fun to see him with a little power in WWE.
