With not much happening on RAW, one has to wonder whether Lashley would have made more of an impact on the blue brand of WWE. It is common knowledge that Lashley hasn't been used well on RAW, his feuds are underwhelming and he has not gotten much in-ring time to impress the fans.

Had Lashley made his comeback on SmackDown Live, he would have had an array of opponents to choose from. He could have been inserted into the US Title picture or he could have also gone after the WWE Title. Even a feud with Samoa Joe, Daniel Bryan or the Miz would have had fans invested in Lashley.
All Lashley needs is one meaningful feud and he will become the main attraction of RAW.

About the author
Kishan Prasad
Kishan is a WWE writer at Sportskeeda Wrestling and has been associated with the division for 8.5 years. Even though he doesn't work at Sportskeeda on a full-time basis, writing about wrestling keeps his passion for the sport alive. He reports on important updates from wrestlers and rumors from trustworthy sources.
Kishan recalls the best match he witnessed when he was just 6 – the Hell in a Cell Match at Armageddon 2000. Watching the six men push each other to their limits and then some made him realize how incredible pro wrestling is.
He graduated as a Chemical Engineer a few years before he began his journey with Sportskeeda. A couple of years as a non-contracted writer for the website became a full-time opportunity that included managing the pro wrestling division.
Kishan's favorite wrestler is Triple H, as he can pull him into any storyline. In today's era, one can call him a Seth "Freakin" Rollins fan for the same reason. When he is not writing for Sportskeeda, Kishan works as a digital marketing professional.
