In case you did not notice, Ryback is still an employee of the WWE. His name doesn’t even come up during the draft and WWE decided not to draft him as they didn’t want him to be part of their future plans. This was because of the differences that the Big Guy had with WWE management. It’s been there for a long time now and both parties have come to a conclusion that Ryback sitting through his contract would be the best path to go.

If Cesaro gets such a treatment, it would be completely disastrous. Cesaro is way more talented than Ryback and letting him sit out through his contract would be an utter waste of talent.
