When you're stepping out onto the entrance ramp, in front of thousands of fans in attendance, and millions watching from around the world, you want to look your best.

Whether it be the Shield's iconic SWAT gear, the dazzling robes of Ric Flair, or the plain black trunks of 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin, finding the right look is a must for each and every Superstar.

But for all the good costumes, there have been just as many bad ones, with the WWE Universe seeing plenty of wacky and downright weird costumes across the years.

These Superstars have gone on to have some limited success, perhaps because no right-minded member of the crowd could take them seriously as a threat in the ring, or as an imposing figure out of it.

Corey Graves deleted his Tweet! More details HERE.

Here are the 5 weirdest costumes in wrestling history.

5: Max Moon

Costing an estimated $13,000, the costume of Max Moon may be the most expensive attire in WWE history.

Designed specifically for Konnan, the costume was neon-blue and was fitted with wrist-mounted gauntlets which would shoot sparkles into the ground.

When Konnan left the company following a backstage disagreement, Vince McMahon refused to give up on Maximillion Moon, giving the gimmick to Paul Diamond, only because he fitted in the suit.

Unsurprisingly, the sight of a bright blue man, claiming to be from the Moon did not strike fear into the hearts of opponents and failed to make a splash with fans.

The biggest performance of Moon's career, came when he competed in the first title match in RAW history, losing to Intercontinental Champion Shawn Michaels on the very first episode of the show, before returning to his home planet not long after.

4: Glacier

Glacier drew a ton of inspiration from Sub-Zero.

One from WCW this time, and whilst he may not have been a huge star, there's no denying that Glacier left an impression with the crowd.

Decked in blue, with part of his face covered, the character was clearly a knock-off of Mortal Kombat icon Sub-Zero, with his fictionalized backstory even mirroring the video game character.

Interestingly, the costume for Glacier reportedly cost $35,000, and was designed by Atlanta-based AFX Studios, who would later go on to design Triple H's King of Kings entrance for WrestleMania 22.

Not just a costume, Glacier's entrance was also a sight to behold, as snow would fill up arenas when he arrived in 1996, with the man himself performing a backflip in the ring, before bowing to the ref.

Sadly, Glacier never won a championship in WCW, and thawed out in 1999, being released due to cost-cutting measures.

3: Bastion Booger

Stuffed into an ill-fitting singlet, Booger would often use his size to crush his opponents.

When Mike Shaw was given the gimmick of Friar Ferguson, a religious man who also enjoyed fighting, the character quickly drew the ire of the Catholic Church.

Quickly backing down, the WWF refused to give up on Shaw, though weren't above criticizing the Michigan native for his weight, giving him the gimmick of Bastion Booger.

An overweight joke, who was ridiculed for his weight each week, Booger's time was made even worse with his hideous attire, of an ill-fitting grey singlet that resembled duct-tape.

Never one to ease up, the company never gave Booger a push, only having him win one accolade in the WWE, a Slammy award for "Most Likely To See Jenny Craig", a well-known weight loss expert, and even claimed he missed the 1994 Royal Rumble, because he over-ate.

2: The Bunny

If he'd been with the WWE for just another year, he'd definitely have been World Champion.
If he'd been with the WWE for just another year, he'd definitely have been World Champion.

Although Adam Rose was probably never going to be WWE World Champion, it's never good to be overshadowed by your sidekick, especially when your sidekick is a rabbit.

But that happened in 2014, when Rose, who often entered alongside various colorful characters, found himself jealous of 'The Bunny', an unseen Superstar in a comical rabbit costume.

In one of the most bizarre choices by the WWE, The Bunny and Rose were made a tag-team, even facing Tyson Kidd and Natalya, in what the company touted as their first (and hopefully last) interspecies match.

Whilst his face was never seen on-screen, The Bunny was actually Justin Gabriel, and to be fair to the master of the 450, the character did allow him steady air-time each week, something he had been struggling for, for a while.

1: The Shockmaster

You know things are bad when the glitter flakes off your Stormtrooper helmet.

How could the Shockmaster not make an appearance on this list?

We've all seen the classic hilarious moment from WCW, but to be fair to Fred Ottman, no-one could've pulled this look off.

Debuting as the partner of Sting and the British Bulldog, the plan was for Ottman to burst through a wall, but instead fell straight over, in what may be wrestling's most hilarious debut.

Whilst the bizarre black pelt was bad enough, the jewel of the Shockmaster's weird look has to be the glittery Stormtrooper helmet, which flew off his head after he tripped over a beam.

Though fans say this bad first impression was the end of the Shockmaster's credibility, even if he hadn't had fallen, the shiny Stormtrooper helmet did not make him seem imposing, and whilst he would later ditch it, no-one could forget it.
