When Edge returned to WWE in January 2010, the Rated-R Superstar quickly feuded with former tag partner Chris Jericho.
But in his efforts to relieve Y2J of the World Heavyweight Championship, Edge repeatedly named his finisher, in an effort to get under the skin of Jericho.
Whilst I like a good spear, the move is just a move, and repeating its name doesn't make the attack any more deadly.
It didn't help that in the build-up to their WrestleMania 26 encounter, Jericho would start repeating "spear", leaving many fans searching for Ear-plugs (or is that, Spear-plugs)?
