The basic premise was simple. The members of the group were formed from perennial jobbers in the wrestling business – losing to the veteran talent of stars on the rise. The J.O.B. Squad wore shirts resembling nWo’s shirts as a parody of the several nWo factions and offshoots in World Championship Wrestling (WCW).
Al Snow, Scorpio and Bob Holly were the original members of the faction. The Blue Meanie and Duane Gill (Gillberg) eventually joined the faction. Their time together was short-lived, as the faction lasted three months in the company.
