In 2013, Daniel Bryan was the single hottest thing in all of professional wrestling and when he got screwed out of the WWE Championship at Summerslam that year, the fans were demanding that The American Dragon get a rematch at Survivor Series a few months later.

Instead, the WWE's creative team went with the bizarre choice of The Big Show to be Randy Orton's opponent in the main event. The match was horribly dull and had a stupidly wasteful finish and the fans were quick to voice their displeasure at things.
