You could argue that John Laurinaitis was good at getting heel heat but it was for all the wrong reasons. Although his over the top "People Power" gimmick did help a little, he constantly flubbed his lines.

However, one thing you may remember from this run is the hilarious Cena vs Laurinaitis match which main-evented 2012's Over The Limit. Thanks to the Big Show, Laurinaitis actually beat Cena against all odds and probably logic. It looked like Show was going to chokeslam the RAW GM but he ended up hitting Cena with the KO punch instead to turn hell, again.

His run as GM came to an ended later in 2012 after Mr. McMahon fired him.

The most memorable parts of Johny Ace's run as a GM has to have been his feud with CM Punk during what was deemed the Summer of Punk. Laurinaitis is currently married to The Bella's mother.
