#3 The botched ending at WrestleMania 35
Currently, the last piece of in-ring action that happened live in front of a WrestleMania crowd is Becky Lynch's botched crucifix pin on Ronda Rousey. The Man won the RAW and SmackDown Women's Championships in the main event of WrestleMania 35, despite Rousey's shoulders not being down.
This error was pretty unfortunate and caused some confusion at the end of a long show. However, it wasn't enough to ruin Lynch's celebrations. Vince McMahon was happy for his new female megastar, after she defeated Rousey and Charlotte Flair in a triple threat, but he was also seething at the manner of her victory.
Referee Rod Zapata was seemingly at fault for failing to spot Ronda Rousey's kick-out and ending the match early. McMahon even fined him for what had happened.
It was hardly surprising that McMahon was so infuriated, especially since this was supposed to be the biggest moment of WWE's calendar year. Hopefully, there will be no such confusion when WrestleMania 37 transpires from Raymond James Stadium this weekend.
