Tessa Blanchard
Blanchard is currently the dominant force in the Knockout division. Her in-ring product is among the best in wrestling and she continues to work on her character which is currently reminiscent of EC3's character in Impact Wrestling. Despite this, the current knockout roster is not well stacked and it won't be long until Blanchard outgrows the division.
The problem is that Blanchard recently signed a new two year deal with Impact. Despite this, we have seen recent examples where the company agreed to cancel a contract early due to interest from the WWE. This was notably done with Bobby Lashley and Crazy Steve, although Steve was eventually not offered a WWE contract.
With WWE emphasizing their women's division more than ever, it would not be surprising if Tessa Blanchard only completed one year of her current Impact deal before moving to the top promotion at the end of 2019. This would be beneficial to all parties as Blanchard would provide Impact with a year of great performances before moving aside to let Impact's other young wrestlers such as Kiera Hogan shine.
