Can you imagine anyone singing Shawn Michaels’ iconic entrance theme? Of course, you can’t. That’s why it’s iconic, after all. But, Mr Heart Break Kid very nearly didn’t perform the theme as he wasn’t comfortable with the singing.

He’s been using the song since the 1990s and while he was very much a Sexy Boy back then, it makes for a little awkward viewing when you see videos of Michaels prancing around to this song in his late 40s.

Regardless, it’s pretty great that HBK pulled off such an accomplished feat to create a theme which has withstood the ravages of time. Although I think Kurt Angle’s version – Sexy Kurt – is much better, you can check out Michaels’ theme above.
