Taking the recent weeks and especially Clash of Champions into account, a Shane O’Mac heel turn seems to be right around the corner. More than affecting Shane's character, this will actually do a world of good for SmackDown Live.

If the rumours about Daniel Bryan’s in-ring return turn out to be true, this could culminate in a match between the two authority figures for control of SmackDown Live.
