Steve Austin and Debra's marriage ended in divorce back in 2002

Stone Cold Steve Austin has become one of the best-known stars of WWE's Attitude Era, but the former World Champion picked up more than Championships during that time in his career.

Debra was well-known in the wrestling world having made her debut in WCW back in 1995. The former Women's Champion then moved over to WWE in 1998 as the manager of Jeff Jarrett. It was during her time in WWE that Debra met her future husband Stone Cold Steve Austin.

The couple met in 1998 and then moved in together in 2000, before marrying later that year. Over the next few years, the couple worked together on WWE TV but their marriage shockingly ended when Austin filed for divorce in the summer of 2002. The marriage officially ended in February 2003.

The ending to their marriage was controversial since Debra called the police after an altercation and Austin was charged with assault. Debra later went on to auction off her wedding ring on eBay and donated a portion of the money to domestic violence charities.

Austin had been married twice before he met Debra and has since gone on to marry his fourth wife, Kristin. The couple officially tied the knot back in 2009.
