#3 Hope isn't true: Jeff Hardy arrested...again
This is the second time this year that Jeff Hardy has been arrested. The legendary 4-time WWE World Champion and 6-time overall World Champion was arrested a few months ago due to public intoxication.

He is currently recovering from a leg injury that is expected to keep him out until the end of the year and it looks as though he hasn't been doing all too well. According to PWInsider, Jeff Hardy was arrested for driving while impaired. They put out a statement saying:

WWE star Jeff Hardy was arrested yesterday evening in Moore County, North Carolina and charged with driving while impaired, PWInsider.com has confirmed.
The Moore County Police Department confirmed that Hardy was released around 11:30 PM last night from being incarcerated but declined to give additional details beyond what he has been charged with citing the fact that it is an ongoing investigation.
In all likeliness, this isn't just a rumor. Arrests aren't reported unless there is a confirmation from the source itself. However, we would like to hope that this isn't true.
