There was a lot of concern about Roman Reigns after he pulled out of WrestleMania 36 against Goldberg. He was replaced by Braun Strowman, who ended up winning the WWE Universal Championship.

Roman Reigns addressed the situation on Muscle & Fitness, revealing that he has two newborns with his wife Galina Becker and indicated at it being the reason for him withdrawing from WrestleMania 36:

All you know is what you think. ‘Oh, well his health’ and this and that, but … you don’t know what else is going on in my life. You don’t know if I have newborns. You don’t know if I have family in my household, older family.”
