We’ve covered Baron Corbin’s golden gloves background before, and while we realise that it isn’t a professional award, it certainly puts him in a better position than most WWE superstars. After all, he’s got a great pedigree in the sport of boxing, is younger than Mayweather, and it’s fair to say that his reach probably exceeds that of good old Floyd.

In terms of promoting the fight, it isn’t the most appealing clash in the world, but you just know that it’d be an underdog story people would want to see (with Baron being the underdog of course). We aren’t so sure that millions of people would be interested in watching it, but we’re certain that WWE fans would thrive off of the idea.
