#2 Goldberg was confronted by Chris Jericho on his first episode of RAW

Chris Jericho was just a Cruiserweight from WCW when Goldberg came over to Monday Night RAW. The first time he saw Jericho he reportedly slapped him on the back and tried to act playful, which was when Chris Jericho decided it was time to speak up.

It was Goldberg's first episode of RAW and Jericho found out from someone backstage that Goldberg had been bad-mouthing him. Jericho decided it was time to confront the former WCW star and after the debate between the two men turned ugly, Goldberg grabbed Chris Jericho by the throat.

As reported by Sportskeeda, the scuffle turned nasty and ended with Jericho then taking Goldberg into a front face lock.

"I still had the idea that he was going to morph into a savage animal, throw me off, and draw and quarter me. But he never did. It seemed that the Goldschlager was all smoke and mirrors.

"We scuffled back into the dressing room and were finally broken up by Arn Anderson, Terry Taylor, Hurricane, Christian, and Booker T. Nash Mantis continued to sit in his chair in the corner of the room watching the festivities."

Following the fight, Jericho faced Goldberg and told him that he could do this every week or they could shake hands and settle their issues, which led to Goldberg shaking his hand.
