#3 When Kurt Angle forgot his lines as RAW GM

Between April 2017 and August 2018, Kurt Angle worked alongside Stephanie McMahon as an authority figure on RAW.

In November 2017, the WWE Hall of Famer was supposed to inform Sheamus and Cesaro what they had to do to earn a spot on the red brand’s team at the next pay-per-view, Survivor Series, during a heated conversation between the three men backstage.

As Angle recalled while speaking to Eric Bischoff and Vickie Guerrero on this week’s episode of Table for 3, he forgot his lines and WWE ended up cutting the segment from television, even though it aired on a big screen in front of the live crowd.

He mentioned during the WWE Network show that Vince McMahon told him he can pull out notes and essentially read from a script if the same thing ever happened.

“I remember I forgot a promo, the whole entire promo, while I was out there. I went back and said, ‘Vince, I’m sorry, man.’ He said, ‘Next time,’ and he pulls the promo out... He says, ‘Put it in your pocket and if you forget, pull it out.’ The problem I had with that is if I had notes in my pocket, I’m not going to remember.”
