Eddie Guerrero was a character who defined a generation in WWE, Guerrero's lying, cheating, and stealing led him to the WWE Championship before his untimely passing back in 2005.

Whilst his wife Vickie became a well-known character in the company following his passing, his daughter Shaul also expressed a desire to join WWE and went by the ring name Raquel Diaz in both FCW and NXT in 2012.

Diaz wrestled a number of up-and-coming stars throughout her time in NXT, including Paige and Summer Rae. Raquel requested a leave of absence later that year in order to attend school, but the star was officially released from the company in 2014, and Guerrero herself confirmed that she left the company due to an eating disorder.

Guerrero took some time away from the business, before making her return as a commentator at The Reality of Wrestling event, Ladies Night Out. Guerrero then went on to sign a contract with Women of Wrestling to work as a ring announcer later that year.
