Before joining WWE in 2018, Humberto Carrillo and Kayden Carter were part of a stable named La Rebelión Amarilla. The group also included Carrillo's cousin Angel Garza.

While working together in different promotions, Carrillo and Carter started a romantic relationship. The two wrestlers dated for a while. Nonetheless, they split before signing with Vince McMahon's company.

Despite breaking up, Carrillo and Carter are still friends. In May 2019, the NXT Superstar posted a video with Carrillo and Angel Garza on Instagram.

"Everything started here when La Rebelion accepted me into their group and became my family ahora y siempre as we continue our journey forward together here in WWE! We will never forget where we started," she captioned the video.

Since breaking up with Carter, Carrillo has moved on with his life. In April 2019, he announced his engagement to Tania Ramirez. The couple tied the knot three months later.

Carrillo has also taken a step forward in his WWE career since 2019. The 26-year-old moved to the main roster in October 2019. However, he is yet to win any titles. The former member of La Rebelión Amarilla has recently joined forces again with Garza to form Los Lotharios. The team is currently active on SmackDown.

Meanwhile, Carter is also part of a tag team alongside Kacy Catanzaro on NXT 2.0. The two ladies recently defeated Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta on the November 23 episode.
