In a two year career in the WWE, Tori sure accomplished a lot. She wrestled for the Women's title at both Wrestlemania and Summerslam, became part of D-Generation X and was even involved in a storyline with Kane. Despite her looks, she was not able to get over with the fans and management which curtailed a promising career.
Tori had actually wrestled in All Japan Pro Wrestling before signing with the WWE in late 1998 and starting a Wrestlemania feud with women's Champion Sable. The two stunk the place with a farce of a match at 'Mania, but WWE continued to push Tori with more women's title matches.
Her push intensified the next year when she became the on-screen girlfriend of Kane before dumping him for DX's X-Pac. The angle would involve a returning Kane tombstone Tori to the mat, which received one of the greatest pops of all time. An injury would cut short her stint with DX and she would return later as the long-forgotten Black Ninja, a masked villainess who would help Raven win the Hardcore title.
Tori would be released from the company in 2001.
