WWE Hall of Famer Bob Backlund didn't have much luck at WrestleMania. He is one of the greatest wrestlers to have ever step foot in the squared circle and is a former WWE Champion as well. Much like Snuka, Backlund got to compete at The Show of Shows on two separate occasions. The first time he stepped into the ring at WrestleMania was in 1993 against Razor Ramon.

Backlund was already an in-ring veteran at that point and put over Ramon big time in the match. The next match that Backlund competed in was a memorable one. At WrestleMania 11, Bret "The Hitman" Hart faced Backlund in an "I Quit" match. The special referee appointed for the match was Roddy Piper.

In the end, Hart picked up the win by submitting Backlund. Thus the former WWE Champion lost his 2nd and last match at WrestleMania. Backlund will forever be remembered for his iconic first WWE title reign, which spanned over 5 years.
Bob Backlund was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
