Paul Orndorff was involved in the very first WrestleMania. Aside from this honor, Orndorff didn't do much of note in WWE when it came to the main event picture. He teamed up with Roddy Piper in a losing effort against Hulk Hogan and Mr. T in the main event of the show.

The match garnered major media coverage and was a big reason why Vince McMahon eventually succeeded in turning WWE into the biggest pro-wrestling company in the world. WrestleMania's success ensured that WWE would continue presenting the mega event every year. The rest, as they say, is history.
Paul Orndorff wrestled another match at WrestleMania a year later. This time around, he battled The Magnificent Muraco in singles competition at the event. The match ended with a double countout and thus Orndorff failed to get a win at WrestleMania. This was it for Orndorff at The Show of Shows and he never got another chance to compete at the mega event.
He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
