If WWE chooses to do something with him, they could make him into the superstar that he was always destined to be, when he signed with WWE. To make this happen, they have to allow him to pick up a clean win over Randy Orton.

Orton, unlike Rusev, will not be affected too much with a loss. He's a 13-time world champion and is already seen as someone who belongs to the main event picture of WWE. A loss will not necessarily stall his momentum.
