5 WWE legends who won't be returning for Raw's 25th Anniversary

There are a number of stars who will be missing from Raw tomorrow night

#1 Bret Hart

Bret has a legitimate reason for not being in attendance

Bret Hart is one of the most recognisable superstars in the history of WWE and someone that the WWE Universe fully expected to be part of the show. When Bret wasn't seen on any of the announcements ahead of the event but he was advertised locally in New York City, it seems that a number of fans were concerned, until it was reported that Bret was asked to return but declined the invitation.

It seems that The Hitman has a hand-surgeon flying in from Paris to look at his injured hand on Monday and is unable to reschedule the appointment. He did text Vince McMahon personally to let him know that there was a genuine reason why he wouldn't be attending as it seems that his health is definitely something that he needs to put first.
