Thank you, Emma

All of the items on this list may not have had a big impact on WWE, which is probably expected when you're talking about this subject, but this one was especially sad for a lot of people. Emma was one of the first females to break out from NXT and carve a path for herself. But she was never really given the serious role she was afforded in NXT.

While a part of WWE's developmental territory, Emma made it all the way to the finals of the tournament to determine the first-ever NXT Champion. She lost to Paige but continued to impress until her main roster debut where she carried on to spread her Emmalution wherever she went.

But after years of false starts, an injury, and a failed gimmick Emma couldn't quite pull things together. As she went around spreading the message of her being the starter of the WWE Women's Revolution, it looked like she was getting a new lease on her character.

But after two great showings against Asuka, Emma was released in surprising fashion along with Summer Rae and Darren Young.

It certainly looked like WWE was going to finally do something with their first-ever Australian female Superstar. But she was wished best of luck in her future endeavours and is now looking to rebuild her career on the indie circuit.
