Despite his popularity, the WWE has never put the belt on Cesaro

Cesaro has grown into an incredibly popular superstar during his time in the WWE. His run with Sheamus as tag-team champion has been a very enjoyable one, and one can only wonder why the Swiss Cyborg has not been given a run with the title.

He has put on incredible solid singles matches over the past year, and it is clear that the WWE Universe is huge fans of the man. Cesaro as champion would add a fresh angle to the WWE and this is something which the company desperately need at this point in time.

He has been in the WWE for quite some time now and one feels that if the WWE were interested in giving him any more attention or focus, they would have done it by now. But given his popularity, it might just be a matter of time before Cesaro makes the leap to be a bonafide main-event superstar.
