#2 Former WWE SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley
WWE SmackDown Superstar Bayley has arguably been the most consistent female performer over the past two years.
The role model held the SmackDown Women's Championship for the majority of 2020 and continues to be a shining star in the SmackDown Women's division. Despite not being booked for a match during WrestleMania 37 weekend, Bayley has continued to be heavily featured on SmackDown in 2021.
She is currently engaged in a feud with SmackDown Women's Champion Bianca Belair on Friday Night's over the SmackDown Women's Championship. Bayley is currently scheduled to challenge for the title once more against Belair in an "I Quit" match at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view event.
However, there certainly is a feeling of 'what's next?' when it comes to Bayley. Most within the WWE Universe expect her to lose to Bianca Belair at Money in the Bank. Bayley will then move onto her next feud on SmackDown. But, the options available to her are certainly limited when it comes to potential opponents.
Perhaps Bayley is best suited to facing off against new talent that debuts on the WWE main roster such as Toni Storm. Bayley has certainly helped elevate Bianca Belair to a new level as SmackDown Women's Champion during their recent feud on the blue brand.
Bayley could certainly achieve the same outcome with a storyline with Toni Storm if the former NXT UK Women's Champion is on the same brand as the role model.
