#4 Former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Akira Tozawa
No WWE superstar needs a permanent move to NXT 2.0 more than Akira Tozawa. The talented cruiserweight is ridiculously being used as part of the terrible and unwelcome WWE 24/7 Championship chase. The ninja gimmick, too, is a huge disservice to his in-ring work, in addition to being plainly racist.
Tozawa doesn't need much success in NXT 2.0. He will probably prove to be a solid hand putting over the likes of Tony D'Angelo and Joe Gacy. The run will also help him gain some exposure in longer matches.
#3 Former WWE Raw Tag Team Champion Cesaro
WWE's hint of a major event push for Cesaro was gladly accepted. Perhaps the best in-ring worker working in the company today, Cesaro received high profile rivalries against Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns. Unsurprisingly, Cesaro quickly descended the ladder.
Once again a midcard star and in the middle of a lifeless feud, a brief move to NXT can be beneficial for Cesaro and the wrestler potentially facing him. One has to remember that Cesaro has prior experience delivering classics on NXT.
