A group of disgruntled rookies, the team dominated everyone on Monday Night RAW, from the lowest stars to main eventers.

Even the mighty John Cena wasn't immune to their power, and after realizing he couldn't beat them alone, formed a team of seven of his own.

In a huge 14-man tag match at Summerslam, this was supposed to be the Nexus' arrival, as they were scheduled to win the bout.

Instead, Cena changed the script, making his team win, in a move that the 16-time World Champion would later admit was wrong.

The damage was done though, as the unbeatable group quickly became just another stable, and were a shadow of their former selves within months.
