5 WWE NXT Superstars who could join the Robert Stone Brand

Mercedes Martinez was finally re-introduced to the NXT Universe on last week's episode. In the match, she made quick work of Santana Garrett. NXT needs another monster heel or dangerous Superstar to fill the void left by former NXT Women's Champion, Shayna Baszler. And this is where Martinez fills in perfectly.

She's been wrestling for the last 20 years and has competed for both WWE and AEW. Her stop with AEW was a one-off before she signed a deal with WWE. The shape of the NXT Women's division is changing and Martinez is obviously going to be a part of that future.

Adding a star like Mercedes Martinez would instantly lend some credibility to the Robert Stone Brand. Just like adding Shafir and Duke, the presence of Martinez would give Stone's group a legitimately scary presence who could dispatch of almost any competitor in NXT.

Her addition would also add some comedic moments to interactions if Stone was afraid of her. She did walk by him after he was run over by the tank and he tried to talk to her.

She kept walking and did not acknowledge Stone. Maybe that turns into something bigger down the road. The fact still remains that both sides could help each other move up the NXT ladder.
