If Conor McGregor comes to WWE in the future, the company may want to pair him against someone who sizes up to him. At the same time, it needs to be a star with a certain amount of box-office value.
Finn Balor is a WWE Superstar who ticks all the boxes. Interestingly, he also hails from Ireland, like McGregor. Balor can also sell when the idea is for the celebrity to go over!
A couple of years ago, Bobby Lashley said that Conor McGregor was "too small" for the WWE title. Fast forward to 2021 and Bobby Lashley is the WWE Champion and the face of the Monday Night RAW brand.
Lashley also has a background in MMA, meaning that there's a reason for Conor McGregor to step into the ring with him if he shows up. The two men could even compete inside the Fight Pit and clash in an MMA-style contest! It would be an attraction for the ages.
