#3 Double-J's new role with WWE

Jarrett had his first match on RAW in nearly 20 years when he took on Elias.

There was a time when the thought of Jeff Jarrett returning was laughable.

After allegedly demanding money to compete out of contract in 1999, Jarrett was blacklisted from the company, and setting up TNA Wrestling didn't help his chances.

Despite this, Jarrett did return, being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018.

Since then, Double-J has made sporadic appearances for the company (including at the 2019 Royal Rumble), but recently made headlines as the latest signing to the company's creative team.

Though his exact position in the team is unclear, the Observer is claiming Jarrett will be a very influential member of the creative process.

Hopefully, the former WCW and TNA World Champion's decades of experience will prove to be a valuable asset behind the scenes in WWE.
