#3 Why is a McMahon the Best In the World?
At Crown Jewel, the WWE Universe saw something they could never have expected.
After The Miz went down with an injury at the WWE World Cup finals, Shane McMahon replaced the A-Lister, upsetting RAW's Dolph Ziggler to become the best in the world.
According to Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Live, this decision by McMahon will result in a full heel turn and will be a long-term investment for the character.
It will definitely be interesting how McMahon will work as a heel, as the former European Champion has been a consistent face since returning to WWE in early 2016.
This fully fledged heel turn may also explain why McMahon is reportedly not going to be competing for Team SmackDown in the 5-on-5 men's elimination match, as his new ego won't allow McMahon to risk injuring himself against Team Raw.
