#2 WWE Stable - Evolution
Evolution was one of the biggest heel stables in WWE from 2003 to 2005. The stablemates Ric Flair, Triple H, Batista, and Randy Orton, were on a path of destruction.
They had some memorable feuds with Booker T, Edge, Shawn Michaels, and one of the greatest ECW icons, Rob Van Dam. The group dissolved in 2005 as Batista and Triple H started feuding with each other, with Orton already leaving beforehand.
The stable reunited in 2014 to take on the up-and-coming stable, The Shield. The stables went on to have some epic feuds.
Evolution would again come together on the 1000 episode of SmackDown in 2018 during a heated exchange between Batista and Triple H, leading to them clashing at WrestleMania the following year.
#1 WWE Stable - The Shield
The Shield, consisting of reigning Universal Champion Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Jon Moxley (FKA Dean Ambrose), was among the greatest factions in WWE.
They debuted at Survivor Series 2012 and began to dominate the roster. Their rivalry with Evolution and later the Authority was one for the ages.
The faction dissolved in 2014 when Seth Rollins turned his back on Reigns and Ambrose. They reunited in 2017 during their feud with The Miz, Cesaro, and Sheamus. 'The Hounds of Justice' also had some epic bouts with the team of Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler, and Drew McIntyre.
In 2019, their last match as a group happened at a special event on the WWE Network called The Shield's Final Chapter. The stable beat the team of Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashley, and Drew McIntyre in the main event, making them truly one of the best factions in WWE.
