The Rock is an intimidating dude, and there probably isn’t a man on earth who would relish the prospect of being confronted by The Great One. So then, if you add a whole lot of riot gear into the equation then things will become even more terrifying.
While on set in East London, the People’s Champion spotted some young kids breaking into a van that contained a lot of expensive equipment. Rocky then proceeded to chase them down, intercepting them with a flak jacket and an FBI badge to boot. We imagine that was more than enough to set them straight.
