#3 Cody Rhodes if he returns to WWE
WWE's Twitter handle posted a picture of Edge during his promo, with a caption that included "smoke and mirrors," a reference to the potentially returning Cody Rhodes. Also, the WWE Hall of Famer claimed he was undeniable, which may or may not have referred to the ex-AEW star.
However, this challenge seems perfect for Rhodes to show up and catch some spotlight upon arrival. A match between him and The Rated-R Superstar at WrestleMania 38 would be among the biggest on either night of The Showcase of the Immortals.
A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.
If he returns before April, this is one of the likeliest spots we could see Cody Rhodes re-debut in. It would instantly send the message that he is now a major star in WWE.
#2 Austin Theory
This may be a surprising choice, but Austin Theory could very well take this huge spot. Edge challenged anyone in the locker room to step up to him. The other names on this list are established to some degree, while Theory is relatively new to the scene.
A match against the WWE Hall of Famer can elevate the 24-year-old into the title picture on RAW, even if he does not beat him. He has already taken on Brock Lesnar, albeit in a one-sided mauling inside the Elimination Chamber.
If for nothing else, Austin Theory deserves a WrestleMania match simply for the insane bump he took from the top of the pod last Saturday.
