5 WWE stars who got intimate with current co-workers' spouses on-screen

Romance and drama have been part of many WWE storylines over the past few decades. Some of these angles even saw superstars having intimate moments on television. While some of these scenes only featured competitors sharing a kiss, others went much further with racy celebrations inside the ring.

Many real-life couples have had the luxury of performing such angles together. However, others had to share such moments with co-workers during matches and storylines inside and outside of the Stamford-based company.

Five current WWE Superstars have gotten intimate with their co-workers' spouses on screen. Check out the list below:

#5. 'Dashing' Cody Rhodes kissed CM Punk's wife AJ Lee

Cody Rhodes had multiple gimmicks during his first run in the Stamford-based company, including his 'Dashing' persona. In 2010, 'Dashing' Cody Rhodes appeared on an episode of NXT's season 3 to hold a kissing contest. Among the competitors were Jimmy Uso's wife Naomi and CM Punk's wife AJ Lee.

While Naomi refused to kiss the current Undisputed WWE Champion, Lee did. The Black Widow initially acted shy before jumping on the 39-year-old superstar, landing a passionate kiss on him as they fell together on the mat. After the kiss, Rhodes looked shocked and pleased at the same time.

#4. Chelsea Green shared a kiss with WWE SmackDown General Manager's wife Mickie James

While Chelsea Green is married to former Intercontinental Champion Matt Cardona, Mickie James is SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis' spouse. In 2022, the two ladies had a heated feud in TNA (FKA IMPACT Wrestling).

During a match between Green and the six-time WWE Women's Champion in TNA, the two ladies paid homage to James' historic feud with Trish Stratus as the current SmackDown star surprisingly kissed her opponent on the lips.

The 45-year-old wrestling legend responded to Green's act by grabbing her head and making out with her. The former Women's Tag Team Champion later took to X (FKA Twitter) to claim James "loved it."

#3. Randy Orton attacked Stephanie McMahon before kissing her in front of the WWE CCO

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon tied the knot in 2003. Six years later, The Game was in a heated feud with his former Evolution teammate Randy Orton. The rivalry saw a very controversial segment in which The Viper got his hands on The Billion Dollar Princess.

The segment saw Orton handcuff the current Chief Content Officer to the ropes inside the ring. When Stephanie rushed to help her husband, The Viper knocked her out with a devastating DDT. The 44-year-old legend then kissed The Billion Dollar Princess on the lips right in front of her fuming husband to add insult to injury.

#2.Mickie James escaped Michin's attack in a unique way

Throughout her career, Mickie James has gotten a little intimate with her opponents in the ring as part of her mind games.

During a match against Michin (FKA Mia Yim) in IMPACT Wrestling, Nick Aldis' wife used the same tactic to drop her opponent off the ropes. James kissed the 35-year-old and pushed her down before jumping on her off the top rope.

#1. John Cena had a few not-so-PG segments

During his long WWE career, John Cena had intimate on-screen scenes with several female superstars, including Stephanie McMahon, AJ Lee, and Mickie James.

In July 2003, The Cenation Leader was involved in a non-PG segment with The Billion Dollar Princess on SmackDown. As Stephanie cut a promo, Cena interrupted her. The Doctor of Thuganomics dropped some bars on Triple H's wife in which he requested to smack her behind. Surprisingly enough, the 48-year-old let him do it.

Meanwhile, the 16-time world champion shared passionate kisses with AJ Lee as part of a brief romance angle with CM Punk's wife in November 2012. In an interview with WWE.com, The Black Widow opened up about her experience kissing Cena:

"You know, kissing John Cena felt like kissing America and every action hero ever. It was awesome, but he’s just a little vanilla for my taste. I like ’em a little different, a little weird. Clearly," she said. [H/T: WWE.com]

While many fans want to see Stephanie and Lee back in the Stamford-based company, Cena is set to return to WWE TV next month to embark on his retirement tour. Lee's husband, CM Punk, has expressed his desire to share the ring with Cena before the latter hangs up his boots.
