#4 Former WWE Tag Team Champion Titus O'Neil

Former WWE Tag Team champion Titus O'Neil hasn't wrestled in WWE in 2021, with his last match coming way back in November 2020. However, O'Neil has appeared on WWE television this year, most notably as the co-host of WrestleMania 37 alongside Hulk Hogan.
He was also honored with the Warrior Award at this year's WWE Hall of Fame for his tremendous humanitarian work.
O'Neil's in-ring career, though, has been stagnant and it remains to be seen if he will return to the ring anytime soon.
His last match was against current WWE Champion Bobby Lashley, back when Lashley was still the United States Champion. O'Neil had a shot at winning his first singles title, but lost to The Almighty.
Although the number of matches he has wrestled in has reduced over the last few years, he still competed in quite a few in 2020. He wrestled on RAW Underground and had a few singles matches against a number of competitors on RAW last year.
O'Neil has continued his fantastic humanitarian work in collaboration with WWE and has represented the company for various causes. Regardless, fans who watch WWE's weekly programming may have forgotten that Titus O'Neil is still a part of the company as he hasn't wrestled on RAW in a very long time.
