The current WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns had some surprising jobs before he became a WWE Superstar. Reigns put in a lot of hard work for many years before he joined WWE.

A failed NFL career forced Reigns to look elsewhere for employment. He found a job at his sister’s business as a furniture installer. Reigns, along with his cousins Jimmy and Jey Uso, worked together at this company.

Sooner rather than later, The Usos decided to pursue a career in pro wrestling with the help of their uncle, Umaga. Reigns eventually followed in their footsteps by chasing a career in the wrestling business.

Reigns signed a developmental deal with WWE and the rest is history. He was chosen by WWE to succeed John Cena as the face of the company. It took him several years to hit his stride, as many fans initially rejected him. But given the success of his current run as the Universal Champion, it looks like Reigns will successfully lead the company into the future.
