#1 Nia Jax

The infatuation some have with Nia Jax will forever baffle me. As a performer, she just is not very good at the moment. Jax doesn't have many good matches on her resume to this point in her career; that is saying something considering the number of talented women she has taken on in the ring. On NXT, she had a few decent matches with Bayley and Asuka, but not much since being drafted to the main roster almost two years ago.
On the mic, she isn't very good either. She doesn't come off as the monster WWE paint her as. Her imposing look is really all she has got going for her in the business at the moment. To think her and Bliss will be given a spot on the main card of WrestleMania is questionable considering the talented women who may be left off the big show.
Her talent doesn't match her placement in the women's division today. She still has a ton of room for improvement as does everyone on the list.
Jax needs to own the microphone, and to know how to make the fans feel like no one can stop her in just a short amount of words, similar to what Goldberg did. That could make her feel like a true force to be reckoned with for all the women in the division.
