#3 Rusev and Aiden English
It probably comes as no surprise that Rusev and Aiden English are on this list, especially since Rusev's last win came back at Roadblock: End of the Line in December 2016 where he defeated Big Cass by countout.
Aiden English is seemingly on the same level having only won one match on pay-per-view since he was drafted over to the SmackDown brand back in the summer of 2016. English's win came over Tye Dillinger as part of the Battleground kick-off show back in July, the return match from Backlash where he was defeated by Dillinger and it seemed to end the pointless feud between the two men.
English and Rusev are the wildcard in the Tag Team match this weekend but would definitely be welcome winners if WWE decided to take the gamble and put the titles on an unlikely duo once again.
