#1 Dolph Ziggler
Dolph Ziggler is a shock addition to the United States Championship this weekend at Clash of Champions, especially since he hasn't done anything of note on SmackDown Live since his two-out-of-three falls match loss to Bobby Roode last month.
Ziggler has been on a downward spiral over this past year with his last win on pay-per-view coming all the way back at No Mercy on October 9th, 2016. Ziggler has lost to the likes of Shinsuke Nakamura and Bobby Roode at the most recent WWE pay-per-views before he failed to play a part in Survivor Series last month when he lost his qualifying match to Roode.
If Dolph fails to win his triple threat match that also includes Bobby Roode and Baron Corbin, then he will be the only WWE star to go through the entirety 2017 without a single win on pay-per-view. Rusev could also be awarded the same statistic if he is unsuccessful in his attempts to win the SmackDown Tag Team Championships this weekend.
Adding to this, Dolph Ziggler is rumoured to be leaving WWE soon, so this might just be the last time we see The Show Off on WWE PPV.
