#4 Eddie Guerrero - Yes
It is entirely probable that WWE's last decade would have been completely different had Eddie Guerrero not tragically passed away in 2005. Only 38 years old at the time, Guerrero was the most popular Superstar in the company and looked set to have a sustained presence in the main event of the card.
Guerrero was feuding with the World Heavyweight Champion Batista at the time and looked ready to have another run with the title before his death. However, during his relatively short career in the WWE (five years), Guerrero had already won every title available.
Guerrero's first title was the European Championship which he gained by beating Chris Jericho. He would win the title once more, defeating Test.
He also became a two-time Intercontinental Champion with victories over Chyna and Rob Van Dam and he also captured the United States title defeating Chris Benoit.
Guerrero was also a four-time tag team Champion, partnering with the likes of Chavo Guerrero, Rey Mysterio and Tajiri.
But his greatest accomplishment in the WWE was when he won the WWE Championship against Brock Lesnar at No Way Out 2004 and successfully defended the title against Kurt Angle at that year's Wrestlemania.
